Source Wholesale HVAC Scrap & Coils
We supply bulk quantities of sorted AC scrap to secondary smelters, refurbishers, and international traders. Buy whole window units, split systems, heavy sealed compressors, and pure copper/aluminum radiator coils directly from Riyadh’s top processing facility.
Bulk Metal Exporters
Aggregated from Megaprojects.
We are direct processors. The vast majority of our AC scrap comes from commercial building retrofits, hotel renovations, and hospital upgrades across Riyadh. This allows us to supply massive, consistent batches of identical units.
By cutting out the street-level brokers, we provide international and domestic buyers with high-volume, LME-competitive pricing on all cooling scrap.
Safe & Compliant Processing.
HVAC scrap is dangerous if not handled correctly due to hazardous refrigerant gases and pressurized vessels. We invest heavily in pre-processing.
Window & Split AC Scrap.
Un-dismantled cooling units for refurbishers or buyers with their own separation lines.
Window AC Units
Heavy, complete window units. Supplied in bulk lots on pallets. High yield of copper coils, aluminum fins, and the internal compressor.
Split AC (Outdoor Condensers)
The highly valuable outdoor units. Packed with heavy compressors and large heat exchange coils. Sold by unit or by gross tonnage.
Split AC (Indoor Blowers)
The indoor evaporator units. Mostly plastic casing with a smaller aluminum/copper coil and a small blower motor inside.
Scrap Compressors & Motors.
Dense, heavy components packed with tightly wound copper wire.
Sealed Compressors
Standard black hermetic compressors removed from fridges and ACs. Sold whole. Drained of oil and safe for export containers.
Semi-Hermetic Compressors
Large, rebuildable compressors from commercial refrigeration and central AC units. Highly sought after by refurbishing workshops.
Condenser Fan Motors
The heavy iron motors that drive the cooling fans. We sell these in bulk bins, valued for their internal copper windings.
Radiator Coils & Tubing.
The most valuable non-ferrous components extracted from cooling systems.
Cu/Al Radiator Coils (Talk)
Copper tubing surrounded by aluminum cooling fins. Cut cleanly from the AC units and sold in bulk for specialized “sweating” furnaces.
Clean Copper Lines
The pure copper gas lines connecting indoor and outdoor units. Supplied free of heavy brass fittings or excessive solder.
Brass Valves & Fittings
The heavy connection nuts and manifold valves. Sorted and sold as high-grade Honey Brass scrap.
Central Chillers & Package Units.
Massive industrial cooling systems dismantled into transportable ferrous lots.
Rooftop Package Units
We dismantle these massive units on-site. You can buy the separated heavy steel chassis (HMS), the oversized coils, and the commercial blowers.
Water/Air Cooled Chillers
Heavy duty components sourced from hospital and mall machinery retrofits. Extremely high metal yield.
Galvanized AC Ducting
Old galvanized steel air ducts removed from ceilings during renovations. Baled and sold as light iron/tin scrap.
Container Stuffing & Logistics
Shipping loose AC units or compressors is inefficient and dangerous. We utilize heavy-duty pallets and shrink-wrap systems to stack window units and compressors securely, ensuring they do not shift during ocean freight.
For radiator coils (Talk), we use hydraulic balers to compress the aluminum/copper fins into dense blocks, maximizing the payload of a 40ft High Cube container.
Shipping Terms:
- We supply Ex-Works (EXW) from our Riyadh yards.
- Local transport to Riyadh Dry Port or Dammam available.
- Container stuffing photos and weighbridge tickets provided.
Safe Freon Extraction
Exporting AC units or compressors that still contain pressurized refrigerant gases (Freon/CFCs) is illegal and will result in severe customs penalties and port rejections.
Our Guarantee:
100% Evacuated Units.
Before any whole AC unit or compressor is packed into an export container, our technicians puncture the lines safely and capture the gases using MEWA-approved recovery machines. You buy clean, safe metal.
Mix & Match Export Containers.
Fill your containers faster by sourcing all your HVAC-related scrap from one central hub.
For Saudi Refurbishers & Smelters
We actively support the domestic market. If you operate an AC refurbishment workshop in Sina’iyah or a secondary smelting plant in Dammam, we provide consistent deliveries of semi-hermetic compressors and copper coils directly to your facility.
Establish a B2B supply contract to ensure you always have premium stock to rebuild or melt down.
Reliable Export Hub
International buyers trust us because our strict pre-processing ensures no hazardous fluids leak during transit, and our dense baling of radiator coils maximizes their freight ROI.
How we price our AC scrap supply.
Transparent, market-driven B2B pricing models for cooling equipment.
LME Metal Index
Pricing for Coils (Talk) and extracted copper is pegged directly to the daily London Metal Exchange (LME) copper and aluminum indexes.
Flat Rate per Unit
For whole window units or sealed compressors, we often quote a flat, highly competitive rate per piece for bulk container loads.
Volume Commitments
Traders committing to multi-container monthly purchases receive our most aggressive export pricing tiers.

Send Yard Pin on WhatsAppExporting Radiator Coils (Talk)
An international smelter specializing in copper/aluminum separation (sweating) required a steady supply of AC coils. Their previous broker shipped loose coils, which hit the container volume limit at only 8 tons, ruining their freight margins.
The Solution:
We transitioned their supply contract to our yard. Utilizing our heavy hydraulic balers, we compressed the coils into dense bricks. We now consistently load over 20 tons per 40ft container, drastically lowering their landed cost per kilo. The client now orders 6 containers monthly.
Trusted by Smelters & Traders.
“Their compressor draining process is excellent. We never have issues with oil leaking out of the gaylord boxes during ocean transit. Very compliant exporter.”
“We buy wholesale window units for refurbishment. Scrap Riyadh allows us to cherry-pick the units with intact coils before they crush the rest for metal.”
“The baled ‘Talk’ (radiator coils) are dense and perfectly stripped of the steel end-brackets. It goes straight into our sweating furnace with zero prep work.”
Questions about sourcing AC scrap.
Do you remove the iron brackets from the radiator coils?
Yes. Clean “Talk” should only contain copper tubes and aluminum fins. We manually cut off the steel end-brackets and plastic casing before baling to ensure you get a pure non-ferrous yield.
What is your minimum order quantity for export?
For international export traders, our minimum order quantity is typically one 20ft container for heavy compressors, or one 40ft HC container for baled radiator coils or whole window units.
Do you sell the PCB control boards from the AC units?
Yes. The electronic control boards (Brown boards/Green boards) extracted from modern split AC units are categorized and sold separately through our E-Waste supply division.
How do you verify the weight of the load?
The truck or container is weighed on a Ministry of Commerce certified public weighbridge (Tare and Gross). You receive the official printed tickets with your commercial invoice.
HVAC Control Boards
Modern HVAC systems, especially VRF and inverter splits, contain complex printed circuit boards (PCBs). During our dismantling process, we extract these boards and supply them in bulk to specialized precious metal recovery plants.
Zero Liability Sourcing
When you buy unprocessed scrap from street collectors, you risk buying stolen property or units still charged with toxic gases. We eliminate that liability. All our units are sourced from legitimate corporate clearances and processed legally.
MEWA Approved:
Our yard operates under strict municipal guidelines. We ensure all hazardous refrigerant gases and compressor oils are safely removed and disposed of before the scrap is exported to you.
What is “Talk”?
In the international scrap trade, “Talk” refers to clean aluminum/copper radiators. Because they consist of two different valuable metals, they require a specialized “sweating” furnace to melt the aluminum (low melting point) away from the copper tubes (high melting point). We supply premium, baled Talk to smelters worldwide.
