Container Stuffing & Export
Aluminum is bulky. If loaded loose, you will never reach the maximum payload of a 40ft High Cube container, ruining your freight economics. We utilize heavy-duty hydraulic balers to compress extrusions, sheets, and UBCs into dense, stackable blocks.
Our Al Sulay facility features heavy-duty loading ramps and specialized forklifts to rapidly stuff 20ft and 40ft containers for international buyers.

The Zinc Problem
In the aluminum scrap trade, Zinc is the enemy. Die-cast zinc parts (Zamak) look exactly like cast aluminum but will completely destroy an aluminum melt if introduced into the furnace.

Do you supply aluminum in bales or loose?
We supply both. For local foundries using small furnaces, we can provide loose, cut extrusions. For international export, we highly recommend purchasing compressed bales to maximize the weight density inside shipping containers.
Do you guarantee the removal of thermal breaks in extrusions?
Yes. If you order “Clean 6063 Extrusions,” our processing team manually removes the plastic thermal breaks and rubber seals. If you order “Dirty Extrusions” (at a lower price), the thermal breaks will remain.
How do you verify the weight of the load?
For container and bulk flatbed loads, the truck is weighed on a Ministry of Commerce certified public weighbridge (Tare and Gross). You receive the official printed tickets with your commercial invoice.
What is your minimum order quantity for export?
For international export traders, our minimum order quantity is typically one full 40ft HC container.
