What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For local mills, we prefer a minimum dispatch of one full flatbed trailer (approx. 25-30 Tons). For international export traders, our minimum is typically 5 containers.
Can you cut the steel to specific furnace sizes?
Yes. As a direct processor, we use heavy industrial shears and oxy-cutters. If your foundry requires pieces under 1 meter (or specific dimensions), we can process the HMS to your exact specifications before delivery.
How do you verify the weight of the load?
Every truck or container is weighed on a Ministry of Commerce certified public weighbridge. We provide the official Gross, Tare, and Net weight printed tickets with every commercial invoice.
Do you arrange international shipping?
We primarily offer Ex-Works (EXW) from our Riyadh yards or delivery to Saudi ports (FAS/FOB). The buyer or their freight forwarder is typically responsible for the final ocean freight booking.
