If we have to spend a week unbolting racks 12 meters in the air, the labor cost is deducted from the final steel payout. If you dismantle it, you get the max rate.
Baling Premium
Loose plastic wrap is worth very little because it ships poorly. If you use an industrial baler to compress your LDPE/Cardboard, we pay a massive premium.
Logistics for Massive Tonnage.
You cannot clear a 10,000 sqm warehouse with pickup trucks. We deploy 12-meter flatbed trailers, heavy-lift boom cranes (to load dead forklifts), and high-capacity skip trucks directly to your loading bays.

Do we need to take the racking down ourselves?
No. We provide end-to-end dismantling services. If you choose to take it down yourself, you will receive a higher price for the steel since you save us labor costs, but our crews are fully equipped to handle it if you cannot.
Will dismantling damage our concrete floor?
Pallet racking is bolted directly into the concrete. Our teams use specialized grinders to cut the expansion bolts flush with the floor, ensuring the concrete remains safe and acceptable for your landlord handover.
Do you buy un-baled plastic wrap and cardboard?
If it is part of a massive whole-warehouse clearance, we will take it. However, if you are just selling packaging waste routinely, it must be baled. Loose plastic takes up too much volume on a truck to be economically viable.
How fast can you clear a 5,000 sqm facility?
Depending on the height of the racking and whether the facility is empty of goods, a standard 5,000 sqm racking teardown and extraction can be completed in 4 to 7 days with continuous flatbed dispatch.
