Is the pickup actually free?
We are a scrap *buyer*, meaning we pay you. Logistics costs are simply factored into the valuation.
Free Pickup (Most Cases)
If you have commercial quantities of steel, or high-value items like copper, AC units, or heavy machinery, the value of the scrap far outweighs the transport cost. We send the truck for free, and pay you the full market rate minus a tiny margin for the labor/fuel.
Deducted Pickup (Low Value)
If you only have a single old washing machine or a few pieces of wood/low-grade plastic, the fuel and labor cost might exceed the scrap value. In these rare cases, we will offer to pick it up, but the service fee will be deducted from (or cancel out) the scrap payout.

No, we do not charge upfront fees for the truck. If you have valuable scrap (like metals or ACs), the pickup is completely free and we pay you. If the scrap is purely junk (wood, trash), we may deduct a transport fee from the scrap value.
Can your trucks enter narrow residential streets?
Yes, we maintain a fleet of smaller Dyna trucks specifically for residential areas where large flatbeds or cranes cannot fit.
Will your team carry items down from an apartment?
Yes, our labor team will assist in removing appliances or scrap from higher floors, provided there is elevator access or safe stairwell clearance. Please mention this when requesting the quote.
